Patch for IIS Vulnerability may not make Patch Tuesday

The official MS patch for the IIS vulnerability (http://mypcassistant.blogspot.com/2009/09/vulnerability-in-iis-5-6-revealed.html) may not make it for next Tuesday's patches. No word on when. The next window (pun intended) is September 22. I haven't got a clue as to whether or not MS considers this serious enough to release the patch "out of band", so be sure to review the work arounds and decide for yourself if you want to implement them...
