Here's an opportunity to have your voice heard at Microsoft!

I found this in a recent post on the Patch Management Mailing List list serv. If you have an opinion on how MS handles updates (what's in them, how often, how well they are documented), here a chance to let them know.
=============================
Dear Microsoft Customer,

We recognize the importance of maintaining the value proposition of your investments in software. The ability to obtain software updates throughout the lifecycle of a product contributes greatly to maintaining the value proposition.

To help in our continued efforts to provide you with software updates, please take a couple of minutes to provide your feedback on how we can improve our communications and ability to meet customer needs. Your feedback will be reviewed by business leaders and will contribute to prioritizing the investments related to the creation, publication, and documentation of software updates.

For example the survey includes questions related to:
* The discovery and evaluation processes of hotfixes and service packs
* The quality of release and hotfix documentation
* The process of obtaining new hotfixes
* Prioritization of improvements

If you think someone else in your company could more easily respond to the subject matter in this survey or if you do not have time to respond yourself, please feel free to forward this invitation to one of your colleagues.

Thank you in advance for your time and feedback,
