Guidelines for Anti-Virus Exclusions (Revisited)

Previously, I posted a link to a document from MS on what to exclude from an AV scan:

Well, if you clicked on the link, you may have found it stopped working. Apparently it was a "preliminary" document and it was withdrawn. We've been assured that it will be reissued "when finished.". I'll post a link when I see it....
