Every Windows operating system since the beginning of time has needed to be tweaked to get the most out of it and customize it so you can use it most effectively. Also, there are many functions that are new or modified and you need to understand how to use them.
Below I'm going to list some useful sites for Vista I've seen that are very good at this. There are TONS more. If you have others, be sure to post a comment so others can benefit.
Before you try any tweak listed in these resources (or others), be sure you can recover or undo what you did. A lot of these tweaks are based on personal opinion and can adversly affect your setup.
